Parachute Track Skirt

Trendy and fabulous track midi skirt with upper jean detail.  The jean upper part stretches and has an elastic waistband on the back.  The lower parachute part has track lines in beige and blue on one side and beige and red on the other.  The hemline has the elastics that may be adjusted for a more bubble effect on the skirt.
